Through out the year, I have been working with the Chairman of the ERA Smart Solutions Conference, Tom Griffin, on promoting the upcoming 2016 conference. As part of their objectives, they want to make everyone aware that the ERA Association is not a “Good ‘Ol Boys Club” anymore and really put a push on the fresh and creative minds of the next generation.
